VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT
We, the group, vacation house renters at Oceana Drive, Dillon Beach, Ca. agree to the following terms and conditions.
Date of rental: May 3, 2002 to May 5, 2002
Check in time: 2 pm Check out by: 12 pm
No more than 8 people to occupy the premises, no more than 4 cars parked on premises. Parking on the street is not permitted. All cars must be parked in the driveway.
No pets allowed. No Smoking in the House.
Any violation of the terms of this agreement will result in an immediate termination of occupancy and a forfeiture of all monies.
A $300.00 security deposit is required to reserve the house and is due upon receipt of this agreement. The entire deposit will be refunded within 10 days after the rental period if the house is left clean and there is no damage. The house should be left in the same condition as it was received. If necessary, cleaning at $20.00 per hour and costs for repairs will be deducted. No refunds for cancellations unless made 30 days prior to occupancy. Arrangements for key pick up will be made by phone or e-mail.
Rent of $800.00 due 30 days prior to check in date.
