Rental Policy
This Vacation Rental is a beautiful, peaceful, quite home that is designed for the gathering of friends and family to enjoy each others company. The occupancy of the house is restricted to ten (8 Adults and 2 Children) and parties larger than ten are not allowed. The rules of the Home Owners Association expressly prohibits parties, receptions, seminars, or gatherings of any kind that exceed the occupancy limit. The Security Guard for the Home Owners Association is a close neighbor and this rule is strictly enforced. Violation of the occupancy limit will result in the immediate termination of occupancy and the forfeiture of all monies.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Each reservation requires a $300 deposit to be paid within 7 days of making a reservation. We must receive full payment of the rent due 30 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be returned within 10 days after the rental period less damaged or missing items, or excessive cleaning.
CANCELLATIONS: You have the right to cancel with 30 days notice. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less the $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 30 days notice all payments will be held as a credit that may be used for a future booking within one year.
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 p.m. A map, directions, a the combination to a lock box with the key to the house will be given to you prior to your arrival.
OCCUPANCY: This house is restricted to 10 persons maximum.
NO CAMPING: Absolutely no tents and no camping. No Motor Homes or RV's allowed.
PARKING: Parking on the street is not permitted. All cars must be parked in the driveway.
TELEPHONE: All local calls are free. Long distance calls must be made with a credit card or calling card. Most cell phones will work in the living room of the house.
CLEANING: Normally guests bring their own linens and towels and are required to clean the house before departure. If you wish to have the linens, towels, or cleaning service provided we can make arrangements.
TERMS OF OCCUPANCY: The rented property is a private residence and you agree to indemnify the owner for any damage or loss to the property or its contents that occur during your stay. The Home Owners Association expressly prohibits parties, receptions, seminars, or gatherings of any kind that exceed the occupancy limit. Violation of the occupancy limit will result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. We reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay. Further you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents. No pets and no smoking in the house.
